Just like other skills , practices make good :) .
My personal practice will focus on certain areas I feel I need more care. Nowadays.. it’s gotta be my hip flexors 😂 from cycling classes. Apparently, my flow is so free with several variations. 😍 although I don’t have any dreamt pose yet, it’s just because I’m not inspired by any pose but rather I focus on enjoying my practices and stay persistent in the moment . Day by day I just keep going slowly 🐌 and I take this learning curve a life time. Same principle I have tired to adapt in my classes, teaching techniques and guiding dialogues that focus more on helping students achieve their own physical stability and lightness in their movements and breathing in an organized way 🤓 .
Also, recently, I’m inspired by an active meditation which I’m now in a progress of self- refueling  and reflecting path& hopefully my dearest students can enjoy expressing and letting go their feelings both positive and negative vibes out through body movements 🎶🎶 and music.

Puede realizarse de varias posiciones, de pie, supino (acostado), invertidas, en rodillas, o sentado. Estas posturas masajean los órganos abdominales, fortalecen la columna y ayudan a equilibrar el sistema nervioso. Las torsiones se caracterizan por mantener la base firme, alargar, y torcer (nivel: ombligo, abdomen, costillas, pecho y hombros.) Una de las áreas más estimuladas durante la torsión es el abdomen, este es afectado mejorando el movimiento de los intestinos, y por lo tanto la digestión. Realizar torsiones primero a la derecha estimula directamente el colon, facilitando la digestion. También son estimulados el hígado, pancreas y bazo, activando los procesos depurativos.
En el linaje de Dharma Yoga, comenzamos las torsiones por el lado derecho, por el colon ascendente, y terminamos por el izquierdo, por el colon descendente.
Las torsiones mejoran la flexibilidad del diafragma y alivian trastornos de la columna vertebral, de caderas e inguinales. La columna se vuelve más flexible, ya que las articulaciones vertebrales adquieren mayor elasticidad, restaurando movilidad.
