The client needs to feel whelmed and ready to go from day one. Some take longer to adapt and that’s expected. But if given the right information normally the only thing lacking a is massive action.⁣

A calorie deficit is easy to create even if the calculation doesn’t get you in one straight away and even still if you need to increase calories to get into one. That’s the easy part. All of my clients have access to this information within my Facebook group. Do you?⁣

Eg Susan “I ate a bit of chocolate and it turn into the whole bar” Louise “I know but it was after work, you deserved it” Susan “I know I suppose that’s right”. Susan just got a reward through her friend Louise because she seen things on her level and sympathies with Susan. This was Susan’s objective in telling Louise all along. She wanted the reward. Susan will keep doing this as long as she gets the reward and attention from others.⁣

There’s a darker side to the reward system than what you may think. Rewards don’t just come from people doing good things like looking after their own health. There’s also rewards for doing things that affect you negatively like becoming unhealthy. Most humans just want attention and they’ll do anything to get it even eat themselves to death. Why else would someone become 40 stone what’s in it for them?⁣

We all have the capability to become 40 stone but nearly all of us don’t. This is because most of us see sense in certain degrees... We have documentaries on tv for these people if they’re weren’t that fat they wouldn’t get the attention/reward. ⁣
⁣
Why should I become healthy if I’m getting all this attention? They may think.⁣
⁣
Humans always choose things over their own health because of short term reward it takes time for the body to break down and die of a heart attack if you got the heart attack straight away the population would live a lot healthier.⁣
⁣
Believe it or not most people think like this but remain unaware until now... I’m not trying to cause offence just raise the awareness on this issue.⁣
⁣
Rewards have a dark side tread carefully before you fall down the 20-30-40 stone hole.⁣

Get rewards from doing the right thing...⁣

Eat healthy and find friends who reward you for it.⁣

Who wants bigger arms? 💪💪💪 .

#TipoftheDay - You’ll never have big arms as long as you’re under-weight. No matter how many biceps curls you do. To build bigger arms, increase your overall muscle mass first by getting stronger and eating a healthy diet with a high calorie intake! 🍗

My go to exercises for biceps are:
1. Hammer Curl -The hammer will typically be the strongest curl during a biceps workout. 
2. Dumbbell Biceps Curl - A classic 😎 
3. EZ-Bar Curl - Probably the best addition to your bicep workout.
4. Barbell Row - Works your biceps for day 💥

When doing my bicep and back exercise I like to first get the arms warmed up with some light lifts with a light preacher curl roughly about 15 times. Then I pyramid them from 12,10,10,8 each time adding more weight. From there, I do lat pull downs followed alternating back and bicep exercises.

It is a good practice to alternate muscle exercises to shock the muscle through different routines. One of my favorite is starting with a heavy weight to put an extra stress on my muscles for intense results. (Recommended for the advanced athlete) 💯

As a great quote from the best to ever do it “The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides a champion from someone who is not a champion.”

#TipoftheDay - You’ll never have big arms as long as you’re under-weight. No matter how many biceps curls you do. To build bigger arms, increase your overall muscle mass first by getting stronger and eating a healthy diet with a high calorie intake! 🍗

My go to exercises for biceps are:
1. Hammer Curl -The hammer will typically be the strongest curl during a biceps workout.
2. Dumbbell Biceps Curl - A classic 😎
3. EZ-Bar Curl - Probably the best addition to your bicep workout.
4. Barbell Row - Works your biceps for day 💥

When doing my bicep and back exercise I like to first get the arms warmed up with some light lifts with a light preacher curl roughly about 15 times. Then I pyramid them from 12,10,10,8 each time adding more weight. From there, I do lat pull downs followed alternating back and bicep exercises.

It is a good practice to alternate muscle exercises to shock the muscle through different routines. One of my favorite is starting with a heavy weight to put an extra stress on my muscles for intense results. (Recommended for the advanced athlete) 💯

Not only does strength training increase your physical work capacity, it also improves your ability to perform daily activities. You will be able to work harder and longer with the proper weight training activities.

Here are the basics of proper weight training. Especially if you are just starting! .
⏳ Start slowly. This will decrease your chance of injury and soreness. .
🏋🏻‍♂️ Start with single sets and work your way up to multiple sets.

✅ Use the correct weight amount.  Using too much weight will increase your chance of injury because your form will suffer.  Vice versa, by not using enough weight your muscles will not be challenged and you won't experience the desired benefits of weight training. .
💪 Stay in control of your body and your form. Improper form is a leading cause of injuries during weight training.

I think I always loved working out. The first time I fell in love with it was when my dad took me to see Conan the Barbarian with Arnold Schwarzenegger! 
My mind was blown 🤯, from that moment I had a goal, to workout and get on his level.

After that it was  mixture of football, boxing, and lifting weights that captivated me throughout middle and high school. 
As I got older and my interest changed, the one thing that stayed constant is my love for working out and getting my blood pumping.

I want to help people reach their fitness goals and improve their health through fitness and nutrition. It’s truly my passion and I’m thrilled when I see results and so do they.
