🤪🤩DIZZY 🤩🤪 One question I get asked all the time is. “How do you not get dizzy spinning ?” Well here is my not secret, secret haha PRACTICE/CONSISTENCY Seriously, today was the first time I did more then 1 two foot spin on its own in over a month and let me tell you, i was so dizzzy and light headed part way through this spin and after I filmed this . I have been spinning for a good part of my life and I always find if I take a few weeks off, I get dizzy when I start spinning again.
The more you practice the less dizzy you will feel, I recommend practicing a few days a week. Also if you don’t bring your arms in too quick or taking them up will help with not only dizziness but will slow the spin down, so you can work on your technique first.
