The feet of people are considered low yet the feet of Gods/Goddesses are special. God’s feet are often called “lotus feet”. In most people the head is the highest seat of consciousness and the feet are the lowest, but in an enlightened being, the head and the feet are synonymous. Moreover, to obtain the dust is symbolic of receiving the light.

When the fingertips of your hand are joined to your feet, a closed circuit is established between the two and the energies of your body are connected. ♾

Delicious recipe of 100% vagan Cheese Breads, ideal to accompany any meal of the day and even to kill those snacks ... For all those who are not vegan, they can also do it just put the cheese and milk of your taste and here I share the recipe:

Ingredients :

✅ 2 cups wheat flour (gluten free)
✅ 1/2 teaspoon salt
✅ 3 teaspoons baking powder
✅ 2cups almond or soy milk
✅ Cheese (the amount with which you want it will depend, if you are generous and you like them with enough cheese you put 2 cups).

🧾 Preparation :
.
Place the flour, salt, baking powder and mixture in a bowl. Then slowly add the milk and beat it in an enveloping form, mix until all the ingredients are joined. Finally add the cheese, let stand for 5 to 7 min. .
With two teaspoons take a part of the mixture and with the other place on a tray with wax paper, try to leave 2cm between each ball because they grow. Finally, take them to the oven at 180º for 15 or 20 min or when they are golden brown.

I always try to incorporate veggies into every meal, even on vacation, but I have found it a bit difficult on this trip 😬. Can’t wait to have all my fav @traderjoes and @misfitsmarket veggies at hand again 😂, Portugal has an abundance of vegetables, but they just haven’t reached my plates as often as they should 😬. I've been relying on smoothie pouches and veggie infused drinks as my sources of on the go veggies while road tripping. Soaking up all the sun, traditional foods, and family time for a couple more days before I return to my usual dishes and crazy school/work schedule🤓😋. Have a great day!!! dEats

➖1/2 cup broccoli @traderjoes ➖1/4 red pepper @misfitsmarket ➖A handful of Strawberries @driscollsberry ➖Homegrown blueberries ➖1 tablespoon of organic chunky peanut butter @traderjoes 
Just throw your chopped veggies, I used broccoli + red pepper + onion, in a pan to sauté for a few minutes with a tad of coconut oil, then use a spatula to mix scramble until cooked through. Paired with some fresh berries and loaded GF @traderjoes multigrain toast, you have a GREAT meal to get your day going 🤗🙌🏻. Enjoy 💕

Amo hacer recetas como estas para iniciar mi semana con una nevera llena de snacks saludables!
.
1 taza y 1/2 de crema de almendras natural @bioessens 
1/4 taza + 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco @bioessens derretido
2 cucharaditas de stevia liquida 100% pura (o tu endulzante favorito)
1 cucharada de nibs de cacao
1/2 cucharadita de sal marina
.
Para la cobertura de chocolate:
3 cucharadas de aceite de coco @bioessens 
1/2 cucharada de miel de maple 
3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
40 gr de chocolate oscuro derretido
Pizca de sal marina
.

1. Prepara un refractario con papel parafinado engrasado ligeramente con aceite de coco. 
2. Para el fudge: Derretir el aceite de coco en una sartén y agrega el endulzante y la sal. Ponlo a fuego bajo y cuando esten derretidos vas a verter esta mezcla en un bowl con la crema de almendras y los nibs de cacao.
3. Agrega esta mezcla del fudge al refractario y llévalo, sin cubrirlo, al congelador por una hora. 
4. Para la cobertura de chocolate: derrite el aceite de coco con la barra de chocolate (40gr). Lleva esta mezcla a un bowl y combínala con la miel, el cacao en polvo y la sal. 
5. Tip: mete esta cobertura de chocolate a la parte de atrás de la nevera para que se vuelva más densa! 
6. Retira el refractario del congelador y porciona tus barritas. Agrega la cobertura de chocolate por encima y listo!! A disfrutar. .

Tip: guarda tus barritas en la nevera en un recipiente hermético para que te duren toda la semana.

Heat oven to 400 degrees F .

Toss Butternut Squash, Mushrooms and Tomatoes with Avocado oil and freshly minced garlic in a large bowl. Season with salt and black pepper. Arrange coated squash & veggies on a baking sheet.
