If you want it bad enough, you'll work hard to get there.
I've always been active and for the most part happy in my skin and body, but 20lbs has slowly crept up on me. I know as we age metabolism changed and I guess I never really adjusted.
Instead of beating myself up over it, I'm simply going to get back into a workout routine that includes more weight training. My goal is 4 workouts a week, any more.....well that's just a bonus.
I'm not about to give up on happy hour and all the Summer fun, so I will just have to be aware of portion control and less processed foods. .
I know so many people that do the whole meal prep thing, so I've been on pinterest a lot lately to get some basic meals to get me into a habbit and prepare in advance.
What do you struggle with? .

I love this analogy from @teriholland about a chair. Don't let the chair in front of you hold you back, be your burden, or use it as your excuse for everything. Find a way to go around it, over it, under it, stop carrying it around. Here's the thing you have to take action for those goals and dreams to work. .
