First time in Denver and loved it. Skied for the first time in 20+ years, started out well but ended with a gang of little kids asking if I needed to be sledded off the mountain. Almost said yes till I found out there was a fee for that.
Snowmobiling the Continental divide was a highlight I'll remember forever, weaving in and out of ever changing landscape and pulling donuts wherever possible.
Also made some new friends, ate some absolutely ungodly late night things, and possible gave myself diabetes.

Disclaimer: This is hard for me to post. 1. It’s kind of douchey 2. I’m the most out of shape I’ve ever been 3. My confidence is lacking because of number two.
Pic 1: was taken 2-3 years ago when I was in pretty good shape, confident, and the douche level was high haha. I was meal prepping, counting my macros, and working out around 10-12 times a week.
Pic 2: was around 2013 when I had the personal training company and was featured in over 300 publications nationally. Tracking macros, working out and swimming daily, while training people all day long. Had to look the part. I was around 215lbs and was eating around 9000 calories a day.
Pic 3: was my freshmen year of college. I weighed about 175 pounds at 6’5. Could eat anything I wanted and didn’t really have a nutrition plan at all. Swim practices and workouts ran by coach while eating anything I could get my hands on.
Pic 4 and 5 : were taken tonight. This is the result of poor nutrition habits over the last 2 years. I kept making excuses for not working out or eating healthy. Mostly blamed it on work taking over my life and stressing me out. When in reality I needed to be working out and eating right to feel better and be less stressed. These are unflexed raw photos. Not proud of what I have done to myself, but I’m going to share a little of my journey with you all as I get back into things.
I started a new job at the beginning of the year, moved to a new city, I’m meeting new friends, starting to play volleyball again, and most importantly...I’m getting myself healthy again.
Health, wealth, and happiness..I’m ready for you again.

When you eat clean, your body naturally eradicates inhibitors of metal fog and allows kinetic and electromagnetic energy to flow unencumbered. You become more coordinated, less reactive, less dependent on addictive stimulus such as alcohol, sugar, and reckless behaviors. When you study the science behind the origination of energy AKA the sun and how it flows into your body you realize that ultimately your body is simply an energy storage vessel, nothing more and nothing less. It stores energy in the form of glycogen, fat, sexual energy, and transmutes it to kinetic energy. There will be a day soon when this knowledge will seem less esoteric and more empowering to the world who’s instincts of greed, and instant gratification are ruining our only home, Earth. The slaughter of animals for food and the methane gasses released from their excrement, not smog from automobiles, is the primary cause of climate change and one of the major threats to our global ecosystem. For me to say this and mean it I WANT TO HAVE YOUR FULL ATTENTION: the reason I am so passionate about diet, clean eating, and helping others achieve their goals is is primarily because of the impact this book has had on me. When you proactively take control of your diet, you fundamentally take control of the unfolding of the awakening of the human race. Again, to those who have not witnessed glimpses of enlightenment this will seem very esoteric and downright weird but I assure you the path to saving our planet begins with understanding our energy source, and following the path the energy takes into the body via photosynthesis and then the Kreb’s cycle in the human body. When deconstructing what role food takes along the path of enlightenment you vastly increase awareness both inwardly and outwardly. Know that what you eat directly influences your awareness.
