This is a 4 week immersion into Womb Healing. It in an introduction into the power of the Womb.
It will start Wednesday, March 6 and run the following three Wednesday’s ending on April 3.
Each class will take place on Wednesday from 7-9pm.
I have posted below a brief breakdown of what each week will look like.
Over the 4 weeks, I want us to join together and open up, ask questions and be accepted.
Each week will have opening ceremony, guided healing meditations and reiki blasts.
Each of the 4 weeks will take place at my apartment in Burlington in my healing room, which is painted Red in honour of the womb 🙌🏻 (it was already this colour when I moved in 6 years ago)
Week 1: Sacral Chakra Awareness
Week 2: Menstruation and Moon Cycles
Week 3: Self-Forgiveness and Self-Love. The Womb holds our pains, fears, shames, rejections from others as well as from ourself.
Week 4: will be honouring the Divine Feminine, the element of water, sensuality, sacred sexuality vs. Unconscious sex and how that does come into play for emotional health.
In closing we will be doing a really deep cleansing guided healing meditation and some reiki clearings as well.
I want all things womb to come forward. The theme of forgiveness and love will be constant throughout the month.
