1. I’m proud of who I’ve become
2. Don’t let fear get in the way just because I’m not sure what exactly change will bring
3. Don’t be complacent because I’m comfortable with my life
4. Decide what I want out of my life & identifying my keystone habit - making lots money - spend by myself & focus on me each day - thank ‘God’ every morning & night
5. Start to envision that my life is already how I want it to be & make progress - invest on myself - Positive thoughts - Choose things that can make me into the person I want to be .
6. Think about the experience that make me happy and repeat them - teaching/helping people & seeing results - problem solving - eating good food - able to buy whatever I want - when people value me - doing things that not many people can do .
7. Become goal oriented - be self-centred - figure out exactly what I want - figure out who has what I want - figure out what that person wants - master the skill until I get there - imagine that I have already achieved that goal in the future
8. Forget the past - past can be one of my biggest obstacles in life because I’m fearful of repeating old mistakes
9. Don’t worry about what others are going to think - focus on myself - break my negative thought pattern by think about what makes me good/happy
10. Let go of fear .
- have an anchor to remind me of my goals & why am I doing this (I’ll never put myself where people used me, left me, & hurt me)
11. Communicate my wishes with others because others can influence & help me when they know why & how I’m changing my life for the better
12. To create the life I want, I need to make some major changes in my life now. Just imagine what my life will be in next 5 years
