Breakfast is actually the most important meal of the day because you are breaking your fast. If you are like many college students who skip breakfast because of early classes or other obligations then you probably start your day exhausted. You probably tried to get into eating breakfast but felt completely nauseous and gave up. Breakfast doesn’t have to be a big plate of eggs or a massive protein shake. Breakfast can be anything your body best responds to- that is whatever can gently break your fast! 
Try foods like yogurt, overnight oats (quick and easy while packed with protein), granola bars, or even a few pieces of fruit. Eventually you will start to feel hungrier in the morning and you’ll find yourself feeling fueled with energy in your classes and at work.

Once I found out what made me happy I stopped listening to others.
That was probably the biggest change in my life. I just started doing what makes me happy!
That is why I say: STOP listening to others and listen to yourself. They can’t tell you what makes you happy, only you can!
So listen to your emotions, when you do something and if it’s rewarding and gives you value.

Will getting in shape solve all my problems? Will it make me a different, better person? Will it even matter ten years from now? Yes and no. I’m trying to make better choices now to prevent health problems in future ( or at least some of them 🤞🏼I’m not as naive to think I’ll magically dodge the bullet where others don’t... ) Today was a day on which I made up a 1000 excuses NOT to leave the house. Being too drained from work, being not in the mood to be around people, having to change into sportswear, even being too lazy to brush off cat hair from my clothes ( struggle is real 🤙🏻) But hey, at least I can play dress up in this ridiculous blouse and feel a little better than I did months ago. Ile razy miałaś gorszy dzień? Ile razy nic Ci się nie chciało? Ile razy zamiast treningu wolalaś zjeść ciastko/burgera/pizzę. Wpisz co chcesz. Ile razy uważałaś, że jesteś do niczego? Na pewno wiele razy, tak jak ja. Każdemu zdarza się gorszy dzień, gorsze myśli, ale to jest tylko chwila, może dłuższa, ale ona minie. Pamiętaj, że po każdej burzy wychodzi słońce🌞. Zawsze czeka na Ciebie coś lepszego, światełko w tunelu i nie ważne jak źle jest teraz. Staraj się wyrzucać złe myśli. Zaśmiej się prosto w twarz dołowi. Bo czemu to Ty masz się poddać, czemu Ty masz się dać pokonać małemu, wrednemu dołowi/strachowi/braku pewności siebie? Jeślibym się poddała. Nie byłabym tu, gdzie teraz jestem. I nie chodzi mi tylko o zrzucenie kilogramów i poprawę sylwetki, ale o całe życie. 
Dlatego Ty też wstań i walcz! Walcz o lepsze życie!

Na pewno wiele razy, tak jak ja. Każdemu zdarza się gorszy dzień, gorsze myśli, ale to jest tylko chwila, może dłuższa, ale ona minie. Pamiętaj, że po każdej burzy wychodzi słońce🌞. Zawsze czeka na Ciebie coś lepszego, światełko w tunelu i nie ważne jak źle jest teraz. Staraj się wyrzucać złe myśli. Zaśmiej się prosto w twarz dołowi. Bo czemu to Ty masz się poddać, czemu Ty masz się dać pokonać małemu, wrednemu dołowi/strachowi/braku pewności siebie? Jeślibym się poddała. Nie byłabym tu, gdzie teraz jestem. I nie chodzi mi tylko o zrzucenie kilogramów i poprawę sylwetki, ale o całe życie.
Dlatego Ty też wstań i walcz! Walcz o lepsze życie!
