Como la teoría es sencilla de entender voy a centrarme en explicar el ejemplo que creo que es donde más dudas pueden surgir. Si a pesar de esto seguís sin entender algo no dudéis en preguntarme ❔⬇.

Lo primero de todo, es calcular la Tasa Metabólica Basal (está explicado dos publicaciones atrás). Una vez calculada, se le debe sumar entre 200 y 500 calorías para lograr un superávit energético (yo he elegido 300). Si con este superávit se logra aumentar de peso perfecto, pero si se ve que a pesar de ello el peso se mantiene, se le añaden otras 200 calorías y se espera para ver si con ello bastaría (a medida que avanza el tiempo y se sube de peso corporal habrá que ir aumentando calorías. Mi consejo es que cuando haya un estancamiento se suban 200 calorías).

Una vez que se tienen las calorías, toca realizar un buen reparto de macronutrientes. Entre 1.8 y 2 gramos de proteína por kilo de peso corporal y 1 gramos de grasa por cada kilo de peso corporal cuando las dieta es de menos de 3500 calorías. Si supera este número se puede aumentar a 1'5g/kg para que no sea tan restrictiva con las grasas. El resto de calorías deben de proceder de los hidratos de carbono.
Teniendo en cuenta que 1 gramo de proteína son 4 calorías y 1 gramo de grasa son 9 calorías, se calculan los hidratos de carbono con el máximo de proteínas y el mínimo. Con esto se sabrá el número de calorías que deben de proceder de los carbohidratos. After three AMAZING weeks exploring Italy it’s bittersweet to be home, but I’m so glad to be getting back into my routine.🤗 Starting tomorrow I begin the 30 Days to Healthy Living program once again.🌱 I am absolutely IN LOVE with this program but the first time I did it I must say I was skeptical. At the time I had heard people RAVE about it and I kept thinking to myself how could something possibly be that great? Today I was asked to share my story as guest speaker in regards to entrepreneurial life at a summit. This was my introduction:
It’s the age old question ‘what do you do for work’; when meeting someone new. When you advise people you run your own businesses; most people think of success straight away. They also assume it’s easy. 
When in reality nothing about it was easy. You are always on the clock, a day off or a public holiday may just mean you are not at the principal place of business but there is always something that has to be done. Even if you are a Musk, Branson, Gates or even Janine Allis there is always something else you want to achieve. 
Your days are busy with a standard work week starting above 75 hours. Most people under estimate the skill set in which you need. As you will be required to chip in here and do this there. Before you know it you can do sales, socials, finance, operations, HR and the rest.

The key to surviving is your purpose. Your purpose isn’t to make yourself rich. Your purpose is leave a legacy and an impact to change others lives through products and services. Whilst mine is to empower young people to change their world through education. Elon Musk wants to to help the world to transition away from reliance on fossil fuels and toward the embrace of sustainable energy sources. For Janine Allis it was vision of getting more fruit and vegetables in people’s diet with loving life along the way.
Everything comes together when you see the vision come to life. It puts perspective and reward on all your hard work.
Drives you to be your best, try new things and deliver day in day out; no matter what the fight is to get there. People who live the 9-5 and might stay back an hour here or there; won’t get what you do. That’s ok too! As you have a purpose to deliver.
Not only do you go home having to think about your life, it’s the life of your team and your customers. There is no I in entrepreneur; as it’s never about the I but everyone else. The team, the customer and the impact.
Today I was asked to share my story as guest speaker in regards to entrepreneurial life at a summit. This was my introduction:
It’s the age old question ‘what do you do for work’; when meeting someone new. When you advise people you run your own businesses; most people think of success straight away. They also assume it’s easy.
When in reality nothing about it was easy. You are always on the clock, a day off or a public holiday may just mean you are not at the principal place of business but there is always something that has to be done. Even if you are a Musk, Branson, Gates or even Janine Allis there is always something else you want to achieve.
Your days are busy with a standard work week starting above 75 hours. Most people under estimate the skill set in which you need. As you will be required to chip in here and do this there. Before you know it you can do sales, socials, finance, operations, HR and the rest.

As proteínas ocorrem em praticamente todos os alimentos e passam por um processo de digestão para serem aproveitadas pelo organismo. Os mais ricos são as carnes, os ovos, o leite e o trigo. As proteínas mais importantes são as proteínas do músculo. Manter a ingestão controlada deste macronutriente é fundamental para o funcionamento adequado de várias funções do organismo. Em relação ao controle de peso alguns estudos apontam as proteínas como uma grande aliada uma vez que ela afeta na saciedade. É claro que para controlar o peso é preciso reduzir a ingestão total de CALORIAS; porém, recentemente, os pesquisadores voltaram sua atenção para o importante papel que o consumo de proteína pode desempenhar no gerenciamento do peso. Várias revisões bibliográficas concluíram que durante a perda de peso, um aumento no percentual de calorias obtidas a partir das proteínas da dieta pode proporcionar mais benefícios do que simplesmente restringir a ingestão de calorias. Contudo, busque sempre uma orientação de um profissional pois, é sempre necessário avaliações minuciosas para que assim você possua um alimentação saudável para seu único e exclusivo conteúdo bioquímico e objetivo. Evite dietas da moda, pois cada individuo se comporta de maneira diferente para milhares de alimentos combinados em dietas extremamente diferentes voltados para objetivos diversos.

ИЗ ЧЕГО ОН СОСТОИТ? КАКИЕ ДЕЙСТВИЯ ПРОИСХОДЯТ «ЗА КАДРОМ»? Хочу немного поделиться и напишу об этом пару слов 😊
Перед съёмочный процессом всегда идёт обсуждения локации, образа или нескольких, если речь не о простой портретной съёмке, а, например, о съёмке мероприятия (выписка, прогулка жениха и невесты) или перед съемкой look-book для дизайнера или портфолио для салона/ мастера индивидуально, то зачастую самому примечательному процессу 📸 предшествует встреча, на которой каждую мелочь мы разбираем по пальцам👌🏽
Далее сам съёмочный процесс, проходящий в назначенные дату и время, на этом этапе мы выстраиваем удачные кадры и я их запечатлеваю 📸😊
После идёт этап обработки, свето- и цветокоррекция, после ретушь, третий этап самый трудозатратный, на стандартную портретную сьемку уходит порядка 3х рабочих дней, да да, фото вы получаете уже через столь малый срок 😍 Обработка съёмки с мероприятия может занимать чуть больше времени, немаловажным фактором является продолжительность съёмки, само собой если мы снимали полчаса, то результат готов будет раньше, нежели если мы работали с вами несколько часов (съемка того же look-book), но и после длительной съёмки первые несколько  кадров вы получите уже в течении первых дней 😉

Here’s how you might be sabotaging your hard work in the gym: 
1. 😳 Stress
Cortisol is the body’s stress hormone, and most cells in the body have cortisol receptors. What does this mean?
When the adrenal glands release cortisol, our body’s systems respond by changing the way they partition carbs, fats, proteins, how our body manages inflammation, regulates blood pressure…etc. Basically everything else is put on the back burner.

High cortisol levels= low testorene levels (our bodies hormone which plays a huge role in muscle growth). AKA stress= more difficult to put on muscle

Focus on ways of getting your body out of a chronically stressed state. 
2. 😴Sleep
People will tell you 8 hours of sleep is the magic number, but more so, it’s the quality of sleep. 8 hours of constantly waking up, going to the bathroom, restlessness < 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep. If you’re having a hard time falling asleep, try turning your phone on do not disturb, or avoid watching tv/ using your phone before bed, as the blue light blocks our melatonin, making it harder to fall asleep. 
3. 🍉Nutrition:
Calories in, calories out is the ultimate determinant no matter what your goals are (maintenance, surplus, deficit).. HOWEVER, macronutrients (your carbs, fats, proteins) will determine how you FEEL. For example, one person may feel great with a higher fat, low- moderate carb intake, while another may feel best with a higher carb diet. It’s all based on trial and error, but what’s important is to figure out what macronutrient ranges work best for you. This will make it easier and more enjoyable, thus making it a sustainable LIFESTYLE, not diet, to achieve whatever your goal is.
