Chest Buster:
- Bench Press: 6-10 reps x 4 sets  One of the most fundamental chest exercises targeting the pec minor, medial, and major (basically the entire chest). Keep the bar in line with your shoulders at all times. Don’t jerk your elbows when you extend your arms. Use a spotter while using heavy weights. Heavy weights will stimulate maximum hypertrophy. - Cable Flies: 12-15 reps x 3 sets  Help sculpt the medial chest (the dividing line) making it appear more shredded. Bend your elbows slightly in order to avoid excess pressure on them. Lean slightly forward and place one foot in front while performing this exercise. Use light to moderate weights.
- Close-grip incline squeeze press: 8-12 reps x 4 sets - Targets the upper medial chest, near the collarbone. Fills in the entire upper portion of the chest making it appear more muscular - Low to high cable extensions:  12-15 reps x 3 sets - Slightly bend your elbows to reduce pressure on the elbow joint. Place one foot ahead and lean slightly forward. Bring your hands all the way up, in line with your eyes on every rep and extend completely behind your back. Helps build the lower chest and makes it appear well rounded.
- Incline reverse-grip push-ups: 15-20 reps x 4 sets (only 30 seconds rest between each) - Normal incline push-up form. Palms reversed to shift focus from triceps to chest. Inclined to concentrate on the lower half of the pecs. High reps and short rests help tear the muscle fibers triggering muscle growth.

The above reps and sets are for those who wish to challenge themselves, for beginners and intermediates perform fewer reps or use lighter weights, you may also increase the rest time.

I’m extremely proud of this guy right here, my bro @chadramey_  He took second at the #dexterjacksonclassic2019 yesterday in Chattanooga. I never worry about this guy, it was a long prep, but he’s 100% dedicated to consistency. He’s always on his diet and he never misses training. The results show. After taking 2yrs off he added almost 20lbs of stage weight and came in excellent condition. Not only@is he consistent but he understands how to be patient and just put in the work and progress will come with time. Day 89 - marathon training - 34K plus 3k recovery running 
27C 68% humidity and very windy

I woke up at 3:30 AM to get ready for my longest run before Chicago marathon.  21.25 miles plus 2 more mile sod recovery = 23.25 miles today! 
I Packed 2 water 💦  bottles, 3 energy gels and some money 💴! It was very windy coming from the east, so I changed my running route by going west the first 5 miles. That helped a lot. I stopped at a few gas stations to buy water and that helped too.
