•1 Cup of half and half •1/2 cup of cubed feta cheese •2 garlic cloves, minced

Preheat oven to 400°. Add butter and olive oil to hot skillet, brown chicken 3-4mins each side. Meanwhile in a bowl, add the half and half, basil pesto, garlic. Move skillet away from heat and add the feta cheese and olives. Sauté for a min. Add sauce to skillet ( oven safe) and transfer to oven. Bake for 25-30mins. Enjoy!

Crab Rangoon. 🦀🥟 Retro chic and easy to love, even though perhaps a little cheesy! 😉 Also known as crab puffs, the filling is light and fluffy, made with crab folded into seasoned cream cheese.  This dish is said to have come from Trader Vic’s, the “Polynesian-style” establishment made famous in its 1950s heyday.  But no one really knows for sure. I made these for my 7-year old because I was making crab cakes and had some crab left over. He’s a dumpling fanatic, so this was an easy give...especially having done it in my @philips_airfryer!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 cup crab meat
1 cup whipped cream cheese
2 scallions finely minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger juice or minced ginger
24 wonton wrappers
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Combine all of the ingredients (except the wrappers) in a mixing bowl. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of filling into a wonton wrapper and moisten the edges lightly with water using a small pastry brush or your finger. Then pinch the four corners together to form a crown (➡️ scroll to see the process). Repeat with the remaining filling and wrappers.  Brush lightly with oil and place 8 at a time in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes at 375F. Serve with duck sauce or sweet and sour sauce. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Everything is the same, just substitute the matcha pea protein with @soluxe_protein Salted chocolate pea protein and the cholera with cacao powder.

Ini ada cara baru menikmati JENGKOL ala @reystafauzia mak 😍
Namanya JENGKOL TAHILALA (Bumbu Ampas Santan) khas Kalimantan Selatan.

Jadi kenapa disebut tahilala, karna bumbu pasangannya si jengki ini terbuat dari ampasnya santan kental yg diproses sampe minyak dari santan keluar semua dan terpisah dgn ampasnya 😁

Yukk..ahh...cusss!

Bahan:
- 500gr jengkol
- 2 btg serai, geprek
- 4 lbr daun salam
- 3 biji kelapa parut
- ¼ sdm maizena
- Garam
- Gula

Caranya:
1. Rebus jengkol bersama serai dan daun salam, tambahkan juga garam secukupnya. Masak hingga jengkol empuk, angkat lalu sisihkan.
2. Peras kelapa parut, ambil santan bagian perasan pertama dan kedua saja. Lalu rebus air santan hingga mendidih. Matikan api lalu diamkan hingga dingin, biarkan air dan lemak santan kental memisah.
3. Sendoki bagian lemak santan di atas yg sudah terpisah dgn air, lalu pindahkan ke wajan.
4. Masak lagi lemak santan sambil diaduk terus-menerus sampai minyak santan terlihat memisah dari ampas santan. Lalu sendoki dan pindahkan minyak ke mangkok, sisakan hanya ampas santannya (tahilala) saja di wajan.
5. Selagi panas, beri gula dan garam, kemudian tambahkan maizena, aduk cepat, koreksi rasa. Tahilalanya bisa dibikin gurih atau manis ya, kalo aku lebih suka rasanya manis, jadi aku pake gula agak banyak.
6. Tata jengkol dipiring lalu siram dgn tahilala. Jika tahilala yg dibuat rasanya gurih, saat penyajian bisa ditaburi dgn merica bubuk biar rasanya lebih sedap.

Ces derniers jours j’ai trouvé des pêches biologiques vraiment alléchantes alors j’en ai acheté un peu plus que j’en suis capable de manger... pas de gâchis! 😉donc j’ai décidé de faire de la confiture de pêches avec des pêches en trop..🍑 Ingrédients:
6-7 pêches peler, dénoyé et couper en dés 
1 1/2 tasse de sucre de canne 
2 cuillères à table de jus citron

Laisser mijoter doucement tous ces ingrédients pendant 20-30 minutes  jusqu’à une consistance épaisse et ensuite passer un mélangeur à main jusqu’à réduire en pâte de consistance de confiture . ~ garlic sesame ramen ~⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Ingredients: ⁣⁣
2 ramen packs (that’s right like legit top ramen expect we are only using the noodles) ⁣⁣
2 cups broccoli (chopped) ⁣⁣
1 red pepper (chopped) ⁣⁣
2 tbsp sesame seeds ⁣⁣
3-4 cloves garlic ⁣⁣
2 tbsp  sesame oil ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Instructions:⁣⁣
1. Take ramen out of package add to boiling water until it becomes soft⁣⁣
2. In a sauce pan heat 1tbsp sesame oil and add chopped red pepper ⁣⁣
3. Cook broccoli howevaaa you like it ⁣⁣
4. Remove red pepper from pan once soft & place to the side then add 1tbsp sesame oil and chopped garlic ⁣⁣
5. Once garlic is fragrant, add 1tbsp coconut sugar, 1/4 cup coconut aminos, & 2 tbsp sriracha and bring to a sizzle⁣⁣
5. Add ramen, peppers and broccoli to the sauce and toss to coat evenly ⁣⁣
6. Top with sesame seeds and EAT UP ⁣⁣

Preparación:
Metes la pasta de sopa maruchan en agua hirviendo por 3 minutos y le colocas un poquito (no todo) el consomé que trae.
Después lo escurres en un colador y pones la salsita de tomate con hongos en una ollita, al momento que esté hirviendo pones la pasta, lo mezclas bien y ¡Listo! ¡Cenita 5 minutos!

Mix together well. Pour into greased dish. 
Mix together 1/2 c caster sugar and 1/4 c cocoa and sprinkle over the dessert evenly. Carefully pour 1 c boiling water over dessert, bake for 25-30 mins on 160.

2 chicken breasts cubes
1/2 cup broccoli 
6 tbsp olive oil 
2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
Salt, pepper to taste and parsley to garnish.

Directions:
Preheat Foodi Oven to 415,
Mix oil, cayenne, curry and ginger.
Use half of this spices oil to toss Cauliflower florets in and arrange on Foodi Oven sheet pan. Toss the chicken in the remaining spiced oil and place in sheet pan.
Place broccoli on sheet pan too spray lightly with oil.
Place in Foodi Oven and cool 20 minutes.
When done, season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley and enjoy.

Last night I prepped some Golden Cookie Sandwich Waffles using my Protein Cookie Butter powder and decided to use one of my 5 waffles today for a dessert snack! (You can check out my story for the waffles☝🏼)

I used my favourite pumpkin butter style frosting using my FAV PB powder from @flavoredpbco mixed with some pumpkin purée (recipe to make pumpkin frosting below) and stuffed it inside a protein packed waffle. Then I folded it into a handheld Taco and topped it with some mini chocolate chips👌🏼. Let the basic white girl obsession.... BEGIN!🎃

If you need a quick, easy and kid approved “cookie” recipe when you find yourself with some overripe bananas 🍌 check this one out:

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1 C quick oats
1/2 C chocolate chips
Splash of vanilla extract
Cinnamon to taste (I use a lot)

In a bowl, mash bananas then stir in oats, cinnamon, vanilla and chocolate chips.

Use a spoon to scoop and drop onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold - store in the fridge for up to a week (but they probably won’t last that long 😉) Don’t forget to double tap and save this post to try later - and if you do make them make sure to tag me!

Mmmm mmm. Good. Bbq chicken pizza for dinner tonight. I made that delicious fat head pizza dough recipe which calls for 1 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons of cream cheese- microwave one minute. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds more. Stir. Add one egg and 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix well. Place dough between 2 pieces of parchment and roll into a pizza shape. I removed the top piece of paper and kept the dough on the bottom one when I put it in the pizza stone. Cooking with the parchment between the stone and the dough keeps the dough from cooking to the stone. 🙋🏻‍♀️ask me how I know 🤦🏻‍♀️. Bake the dough on a pizza stone at 425° for 13 minutes. It will blow up but deflate a few minutes after removing from the oven. Add the toppings. We did bbq sauce and shredded chicken. Our bbq sauce was the one from Trader Joe’s. It’s not keto but when in maintenance, this is how I compromise with pizza, ya know? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I usually add cashews but while making said pizza *someone* who shall remain nameless... ahem... mr spouse... cough cough.... ate the last bit I was saving for the pizza. Anyway, I digress... put on your toppings and bake 5 more minutes. So good 😊

Blooming Onion~

Ingredients
· 1 large onion
· 1 cup all-purpose flour
· 1 tablespoon paprika
· 2 teaspoons salt
· 2 teaspoons garlic powder
· 1 teaspoon chili powder
· ½ teaspoon black pepper
· ½ teaspoon dried oregano
· 1¼ cups water
· ½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs
· Nonstick cooking spray

Directions
1.PEEL onion and cut off the top. Place cut-side down onto a cutting board.
2.CUT downward, from the center outward, all the way to the cutting board. Repeat to make 8 evenly spaced cuts around the onion. Make sure your slit cuts through all of the layers, but leave the onion connected in the center. Set aside.
3.COVER the onion in ice water for at least 2 hours, then dry.
4.MIX together the flour, paprika, salt, garlic powder, chili powder, black pepper, oregano, and water until it forms a batter.
5.PREHEAT your air fryer to 400°F.
6.COAT the onion with the batter, spreading out the layers and making sure every layer is covered with the batter. Then sprinkle the top and bottom of the onion with breadcrumbs.
7.SPRAY the bottom of the air fryer with cooking spray and place the onion inside, cut-side up. Spray the upside of the onion liberally with cooking spray.
8.COOK the onion at 400°F for 10 minutes, then cook for an additional 15 minutes at 350°F.

The other day I discovered a great sauce at Costco. It’s called Bitchin’ sauce, Chipotle flavor, and is absolutely amazing! 
It’s all the way plant based and organic. ⠀

So, today I boiled two halves of chicken breast (boneless chicken thighs will work too!), shredded them, combined with 1 cup  steamed corn, added 4 tbsp of this sauce, a pinch of salt, mixed everything together and wrapped into butter lettuce leaves. ⠀

Turned out to be a great appetizer for a laid-back deck hangout this afternoon!👍

Ok summer 🌞 we r ready for this Sugar free date cream 😋

Ingredients
✅10 Golden Palm Medjool dates
✅1 cup of milk
✅2 tablespoons Powdered Custard

Instructions
1-Place dates in a bowl and soak them in hot water for 15 minutes. Drain and crush them in a blender
2-Place the custard powder in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix well and let stand.
3-Pour the milk in a saucepan and boil.
4-Add the custard mixture and cook until it thickens. Now remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
5-Add the Golden Palm dates and mix gently.
6-Pour this on a serving plate and cool for a few hours.
Serve cold. 🙃✨

New recipe on the blog! I can’t believe I got this up in a day. We had this Vegetable Hash for breakfast this morning and it was so good I had to share.

I used potatoes, zucchini, squash and tomatoes because that’s what I had laying around, but you could get crazy with the combinations! I wish I had goat cheese or mozzarella to top this hash off but the runny golden egg yolk made everything better.

New recipe on the blog! I can’t believe I got this up in a day. We had this Vegetable Hash for breakfast this morning and it was so good I had to share.

Here's what to look for in a Deli Meat:⁠⠀
Nitrate Free. No Antibiotics. ⁠⠀
No Growth Hormones. Humanely Raised.⁠⠀
No artificial ingredients or chemical nitrites. Gluten Free. No GMO Ingredients.⁠⠀

Makes 1 wrap⁠⠀
⁠⠀
Ingredients for EACH wrap:⁠⠀
2 large slices of crisp iceberg lettuce⁠⠀
2 very thin slices of cheddar cheese⁠⠀
6 slices nitrate free deli turkey meat ⁠⠀
1 vine tomato, thinly sliced⁠⠀
1 small carrot, peeled then sliced with a peeler⁠⠀
1/4 English cucumber, sliced with a peeler as shown⁠⠀

Tahini Sauce ingredients:⁠⠀
1 Tbsp tahini paste⁠⠀
a pinch of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper⁠⠀
a pinch of garlic powder⁠⠀

In a small bowl, add all dressing ingredients and whisk rea to combine.⁠⠀

SIMPLE BITES

My kids are weirdly obsessed with chicken these days, which I don't actually have a problem with, except for the fact that I'm over it after eating it 6 nights in a row. Surprising, right?!
But I also really don't have the time or energy to make a completely different dinner. Unless it's ridiculously easy and fast. Double points if the kiddies switch it up a bit too and have a taste of a different protein once in a while.

CITRUS SALMON
• Side of salmon
• 1 tbsp kosher salt
• 1 tbsp pepper
• 1 tbsp chili lime spice
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 2 different citrus fruits, thinly sliced (here I did orange and lemon, but you can use lime, grapefruit, blood orange etc etc)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Liberally spray a baking sheet and put the salmon in skin side down.
Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, and chili lime spice and then brush with maple syrup.
Alternating between fruits, lay a slice of each in rows, completely covering the salmon.
Roast the salmon for 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily - timing will depend on its thickness.

This was my first attempt tonight at making cauliflower rice and it was amazing!! I bought the cauliflower a week and a half ago and hadnt even touched it and thought I’d make it today to serve with my Chicken Adobo.  So good!!!😋👍

➡️1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
➡️1/2 cup water

➡️Tsp of vegetable oil
➡️Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté cauliflower and onion in a skillet on medium heat with a bit of oil.  Add a splash of broth and water, salt and pepper.  Cook until tender and onion is opaque.  Liquid will dissolve.  Stir often.

In a saucepan bring quinoa and 1/2 cup water to a boil. Simmer for 15 min.  Add cooked quinoa to cooked cauliflower mix.  Serve immediately.  Makes 2-3 servings.
