No tea cups here. Just a little piece of my family’s history. It may have, at one time, transported and even stored a tea cup or two. Perhaps? More likely though, I’d imagine those tiny espresso cups. My family tend to be more fond of that genre of caffeinated beverage. Anyway, I’m not actually sure, but every time I visit my parent’s cottage, I find myself staring at this trunk. I imagine all of it’s travels before it finally settled here. What the world was like during that time and how it’s changed since. It originally belonged to my great grandfather. I’ve been told it’s been many places. New York, Belgium, Italy....etc...and then finally here in Canada where it will remain for as long as I live here. Or at least this is my plan. My apologies for the sentimental run on. It’s one of my favourite things and apparently I can’t shut up about it.....🤷🏼♀️ #sentimentalsunday #cottagecheese #maydeletelater #idk
Today's KETO eats! I feel much better when I keep my protein high. So many people are scared of protein on this WOE. Don't be...especially if you're trying to lean out!
First up was a gingerberry kombucha at the movies! It was highly satisfying and I wasn't even tempted by all the carby theater snacks!
