Dzisiaj w modzie jest być „fit” chodzić na siłownie, nosić boxy z jedzeniem do pracy żeby w domu i tak jeść pizze, chwalić sie zakwasami na lewo i prawo, wskakiwać w markowe ciuchy z słuchawkami niczym pilot RAF ... zaczynałem trenować kiedy nie było sie czym chwalić, był to zwykły i nie modny wtedy „sport” siłownie zajmowali starzy wyjadacze i na mieście nawet nie wspominało się że w wolnych chwilach przerzuca się żelastwem... ( Vidéo session Biceps... Le cadreur est aussi déjà parti en vacances 😂) 1h30 de pur défoulement et la retour maison. Je mange plus et plus souvent et ça commence doucement à se voir... Oggi vediamo insieme come strutturare in modo semplice e basilare un macrociclo seguendo le indicazioni del volume che potete trovare nei post precedenti. Prima di iniziare è bene sottolineare due cose :
🔹️Le indicazioni del volume (e quindi anche questa progressione) possono essere applicati a 1-2 distretti muscolari mentre gli altri dovranno stare a volume di mantenimento (MV) o minimo volume allenante (MEV). Alcuni soggetti possono tollerare una progressione su più gruppi muscolari assieme ma sono pochi casi .
🔸️Ci sono moltissimi tipologie di progressione, questa è la più semplice e basilare e per facilità di spiegazione ho creato un mesociclo di 7 settimane totali, di cui solo 5 allenanti. È ottima per i principianti come per gli intermedi e avanzati .
🔹️Tutte le indicazioni seguenti sono riferite solo ai distretti muscolari a cui viene applicata la progressione poiché come ho detto qui sopra, gli altri gruppi muscolari dovranno stare per tutto il periodo con lo stesso volume di mantenimento (MV) o minimo volume allenante (MEV) senza aumenti .
Detto ciò, analizziamo insieme le settimane :
1️⃣Sett 1: volume di mantenimento (MV). Da fare solo se si proviene da settimane senza allenamento o si è appena terminata una fase molto intensa .
2️⃣Sett 2: minimo volume allenante (MEV). Primi incrementi di volume con 1-2 serie in ogni esercizio, e di intensità con aumenti di carico e ripetizioni .
3️⃣Sett 3: uguale alla precedente .
4️⃣Sett 4: aumentano di 1 serie solo gli esercizi di isolamento, mentre per ogni esercizio aumentano carichi e ripetizioni, oltre che l'intensità relativa (concetto che spiegherò in altro post) .
5️⃣Sett 5: non vengono più aumentate le serie ma si cerca di aumentare ancora carichi e ripetizioni in tutti gli esercizi, oltre che l'intensità relativa .
