So happy it’s Friday and such a beautiful day already! 😁 ☀️ Just wanted to shine some light as May is the month of mental health awareness. •A couple of years ago I started experiencing horrible panic attacks off and on almost everyday. I kept trying to figure out what was wrong with me, tried to tell myself that I can fix it, but it kept happening. My mom suggested me talking to someone, but I kept telling her no and I don’t need anyone’s help. •After a year I finally gave in and decided to see someone. Let me tell you it was one of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Hearing myself talk out loud to someone who wasn’t going to judge me, tell my business and made me feel safe was such a blessing. It made me realize that in order to feel better, I myself had to change. •I started working out more, finding things that I used to love doing and finding new things to experience. I got back into school and working on an associates for exercise science, learning that I’d love to help inspire others and learn that you can never have enough personal development.
Since doing so, I have not had any panic attacks! Some days are easier than others, but to keep pushing is what matters. •Moral of the story: YOU 👏🏻 ARE👏🏻 ENOUGH!! You can do anything you put your mind to and DON’T let anyone let you feel that your aren’t that bitch!! 💅🏼💁🏼♀️
