Happy New Year!! That’s right, for all of you parents out there (and school staff), it officially a NEW YEAR!!! We are kicking off a brand new school year and brand new routines! This means it’s the *perfect* time to also consider your New (school) Year’s Resolutions! What do you want this school year to look like? How will you juggle new schedules, take care of your peeps, AND take care of yourself?

In our 8 week FASTer Way to Fat Loss program, I will teach you how to:
~ use real food to properly fuel your body
~ efficiently track macros to ensure you’re getting the nutrients you need
~ practice intermittent fasting in a way that is healthy and safe and doable
~ utilize a carb cycling schedule to maximize fat burning AND energy
~ find food freedom and erase the guilt and shame we attach to yo-yo dieting
~ downshift from hours of cardio to instead use efficient workouts that are intentionally paired with our nutrition cycle for maximum benefits
During this 8 week #FWTFL experience, you will have access to a fantastic meal plan, recipes, online workouts (full video acess, theycan be done at home or at the gym, and it includes low impact options), daily support and accountability, individualized feedback for macros and nutritional needs, and a community of others on a similar journey. We will work together to drop inches, tone muscles, sleep better, manage stress, and build up our energy!
