Time to be honest, lately i haven't been looking after myself.
I spend so much making sure the kids eat right but not making sure i do.
I've been feeling flat, unmotivated, tired, cranky etc and it's not a feeling i like.
Tonight i made more of an effort for myself, making a roasted vegie soup.

While I assume most of us know the dangers of tobacco smoking, I feel the above statement helps put things into perspective. A healthy diet can not only be life-changing, but life-saving.

Bagietki pieczone w domu🤗😀😋 3 gramy suszonych drożdży
350 ml zimnej wody
450 mąki pszennej
10 gram soli

Ciasto należy wymieszać w misce do momentu aż połączą się wszystkie składniki można to zrobić ręcznie lub robotem. 
Ciasto będzie się trochę lepić ale tak ma być.

Miskę należy przykryć i pozostawić do wyrośnięcia w temperaturze pokojowej na około 8 godzin. 
Po ok 8 godzinach obsypać stolnicę mąką i wyciągnąć ciasto. Uformować z niego prostokąt ( ręcznie nie wałkować ) i obsypać  ciasto z każdej strony mąką. Zagiąć wszystkie boki ciasta  do środka i postarać się obrócić ciasto tymi zagięciami do spodu. 
Ciasto na tym etapie też się może lepić ale tak ma być.
Możemy przykryć to papierem do pieczenia i ścierką. Zostawiamy tak do wyrośnięcia na około 40 do 60 min. Czasem wystarczy 30 minut zależy to od rodzaju mąki. 
Po tym czasie podzielić ciasto na trzy części z których uformować bagietki. Bagietki formujemy tak jakbyśmy wykręcali pranie i jednocześnie je lekko wydłużamy. 
Bagietki przekładamy na blachę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia lub na formie do bagietek jeśli taką mamy. Wierzch bagietek można posypać dowolnymi ziołami lub ziarenkami. 
Blachę z bagietkami wkładamy do piekarnika mniej więcej po środku. Pieczemy w temperaturze 250° (Jeśli pieczemy na termoobiegu to niższa temperatura ) przez około 12 - 15 min lub do momentu kiedy Bagietki nabiorą koloru.

Hoy haremos combinación de bíceps y tríceps. Por lo general, casi nunca trabajo juntos estos músculos en un mismo día, pero cuando haces 'full body' estos son perfectos.

1. Para tríceps puedes hacerlo con ambos brazos de forma simultánea o por separado, como lo hago en este vídeo. Trata de mantener la espalda recta, rodillas semiflexionadas y el brazo de hombro al codo; no lo bajes, mantenlo en su posición.  Haz 3 ciclos de 15 repeticiones.

2. Seguimos con tríceps. Bien derechita y con un solo brazo tomamos una mancuerna con peso moderado. Tal como lo hago en el vídeo, llevo la mancuerna atrás de mi cabeza y vuelvo a subir hasta tener el brazo totalmente estirado. Hazlo con ambos brazos. (3x15)

3. Los famosos Dips se pueden hacer con banco, silla, escalón o intenta con lo que diga tu imaginación. Con las puntas levantadas, no te separes tanto del banco; deja suavemente caer tu cuerpo y al levantar tus tríceps hacen todo el trabajo. 4x20

4. Ahora es el turno a los bíceps con este ejercicio que se llama Curl de Bíceps Alternos. Con calma, bien concentrado, haremos un juego con las mancuernas: de un brazo primero y otro, después, llevándolo hasta el hombro contrayendo el músculo y volviendo a bajar el brazo hasta su posición inicial. (3x15) Puedes incrementar el peso en cada serie.

5. Curl de Bíceps tipo Martillo. Puedes hacerlo simultáneo o alterno, yo siempre procuro hacer los ejercicios variados para que el músculo no se acostumbre a lo mismo. Al igual que el peso haremos en esta ocasión 4 series, pero la primera será de 15 repeticiones, la segunda de 12, la tercera de 10 y la cuarta de 8. Puedes ir aumentando el peso en cada repetición. 
6. Curl de Bíceps con mancuernas en banco inclinado. Este ejercicio es bastante cuesta arriba, pero como dije, no podemos hacer siempre lo mismo y debemos cambiae para que el músculo reaccione. Con el banco un poco inclinado te sientas con todo el apoyo del cuerpo y juntas tus codos sin separar los brazos. Los estiras y luego los llevas hasta la altura de tus hombros (ojo sin separarte del banco y sin apartar los codos de tu cuerpo) 4x20.

Petit dej très frais ce matin avec cette ‘’glace‘’ aux fruits sans sucre ajouté 💯

Il suffit de mixer ensemble des fruits 🍓🍑 surgelés avec un peu de lait 🥛 végétal 🌱.... vous pouvez pour une texture plus épaisse ajouter une banane également préalablement congelée !
On parle de #nicecream ❄️ si vous voulez vous inspirer et trouver d’autres recettes sur Instagram !

La base ici c’est un mélange tout prêt de fruits rouges. J’ai ajouté mes céréales (toujours bruts / natures), des amandes et de la coco râpée 🥥
J’en ai enfin racheté un gros sachet ! C’est vraiment un plus dans mes petits dej ‘ vous risquez d’en voir partout 😅

So what's for dinner tonight ?! We made this amazing keto friendly jalapeno chicken casserole!! 🤤🤤🤤 .  This was soooo good !!! And can also be used as a dip. It was easy and fast and definitely yummy ! 
Recipe  below 👇

You will need :
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast 
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 
8 oz. Cream cheese soften
1/2 cup heavy cream 
1/4 cup chicken stock 
1/2 pound jalapenos
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika 
1/2  cup crumbled bacon

Directions :

Preheat your oven to 375˚F (190ºC). Lay shredded cooked chicken in a casserole dish. Season with garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
2. Whisk together heavy cream, cream cheese, and chicken stock. Spread the mixture evenly over shredded chicken.
3. Wash the jalapeño peppers 
and cut the tops off. Remove the seeds and stems if you want it milder, or leave some if you want more spicy. Cut the peppers into strips and lay them on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
4. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Remove from oven 5 minutes before cooking is complete and sprinkle with bacon; then return for the remaining cooking time. Garnish the jalapeño chicken casserole with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy! ❤😍😍😍🤤🤤🥣🥣🥣

You’ll need:
8oz Gluten Free Penne Pasta (I used @eatbanza its delicious!)
1 /2 Cup unsweetened Dairy Free Milk (I used @oatly )
1 Cup Vegan  Mozzarella Cheese Shreds (I used Trader Joe’s Almond Mozzarella Shreds)
1 Cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese (I used @followyourheart )
1/2 head of Cauliflower cut into florets
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast (optional)
1/4 Cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs 
3-4 tbls Extra virgin Olive oil
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
Steam the cauliflower until soft, about 10 minutes. Transfer 3-4 florets into  a blender along with the milk and two tbls of extra virgin olive oil.Puree the cauliflower until it’s creamy and soft.
In a medium size casserole dish, combine the pasta and hot cauliflower puree. Add both cheeses,and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the nutritional yeast and bread crumbs across the top of the pasta mixture, top with 1-2 tbls olive oil then place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes until the top is crispy .
Serves 4-6 ppl.Enjoy!

Had these for over a week waiting for the right day to start and after seeing my candid photos from Dow, that day is today.
These are fake versions from Fiji so I don't actually know what I am drinking but to help kick-start me, I don't really care.
Almost physically healed from my stair fall so will start back on my ab circle either tonight or tomorrow.
Once my bronchitis clears I will try the DDR for my PS2 to see if A. it still works and B. if I can do it without breaking an ankle.
If need be, I will stop certain medications because I just can't look and be like this anymore. Crying for 30mins after seeing photos of me isn't healthy.
Any advice welcome.
